Travelling by public transport

Take the train for a relaxed journey. The ideal starting point is Karlsruhe main station. From here, the S1 (direction Bad Herrenalb, from Waldbronn-Busenbach bus 115.) and S11 (direction Ittersbach) trams connect the towns in the Alb valley - including Waldbronn.

With the KVV's MyShuttle project, shuttles that can be called up via app close the gaps in the route network

The electric shuttle serves the Waldbronn and Karlsbad suburbs of Busenbach, Reichenbach, Etzenrot, Langensteinbach, Spielberg, Auerbach and Mutschelbach as well as the Kleinsteinbach railway station.

Without a fixed timetable, the buses serve so-called virtual stops and thus offer barrier-free mobility for the first and last mile. All this is available at the KVV fare. Subscribers and holders of a valid ticket do not pay a cent extra.
